What piece in your wardrobe do you cherish the most?
This pink top with flower embroidery that I picked up when I was traveling in Oaxaca Mexico.
If you weren’t an Accessories designer, what would like to be?
Industrial designer
What inspired your spring/summer collection?
Mexico. I was inspired by the textiles and amazing ceramics! And of course the nature and culture of the country is absolutely amazing.
Tell me about your creative process!
The creative process never stops for me! I’m always thinking of my designs. When I’m inspired I draw, and take notes, so when it comes down to actually designing, the process goes fast!
How does Montreal influence your designs?
I’m inspired by the people I see everyday on street and their needs. My designs have style but they are also very functional. For example, I use fur and leather for my purses because they are durable fabrics that can hold up in winter! I want my pieces to last for a long time!
Finally what is your first Fashion Memory?
I remember I was young, my friends and I would make fashion magazines!
