Item Availability

We try our very best to keep our on-line inventory up to date, however sometimes an item you order may be out of stock.  We will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything preventing us from sending you your order.

Promotions & Prices

Prices on boutiqueonze.ca are the same as in-store.  If for any reason you find a discrepancy in pricing we will honour the lowest price marked before you purchase or within 7 days following your purchase. Contact us with any questions about pricing.  Promotions and coupons may differ online and in store.

Most orders ship same-day or following business day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday at 4pm. Any order received after 2pm will be processed the following day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confimation email including a tracking number.

Customs

Orders shipped to customers residing outside Canada may incur additional duties and costs at the time of delivery. For more information on customs, duties and taxes, please refer to your country's customs website. 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you wish to return your unworn/unwashed item(s), please contact us at  orders@boutiqueonze.ca with the nature of the problem and we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and include all orginal packaging.   Please clearly indicate your RA number on the shipping label so we can promptly process your request. Merchandise received without an RA number or postmarked after 30 days of purchase may be returned to you or exchanged for a credit note, at our discretion. Refunds will be applied to the same credit card or PayPal account used at time of purchase.

You are responsible for shipping fees when returning your merchandise; however we will pay the shipping fees when sending you an exchange. We limit exchanges to one per item per order.

If an item is returned to us because it was not claimed by you, refused by you, or due to a delivery attempt to a wrong address, we will refund the merchandise less the actual shipping fees charged by Canada Post.

Items with prices marked in red are considered a final sale and cannot be returned. 

Returns from the U.S.A.:

Please email us to obtain a R.A. #. We will only accept internationals returns sent via USPS.  Due to increased international shipping rates we cannot process exchanges to the U.S.A.  Please contact us with any concerns or questions before purchasing and we will be happy to assist you!
